Sports & Remedial massage treatments focus on using a combination of soft tissue and manual therapy techniques to relieve pain or tension in an area.

Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy massage is for anyone from first trimester to post-natal. This treatment uses relaxation and deep tissue techniques to relieve aches and pains associated with pregnancy, ie. low back pain, difficulty sleeping, or swelling.
One hour treatment - £50
Myofascial Cupping
Myofascial cupping is an ancient form of therapy using specialized suction cups to decompress the layers of skin, fascia and muscle tissue. A cupping treatment involves leaving the cups on the skin or moving the cups around in combination with massage.
Benefits include reduced pain and tension, increased range of motion, stress reduction, better proprioception.
**Please note: cupping leaves circular bruise-like marks on the skin for up to 2wks post-treatment**

Full Body Relaxation Massage
This full body massage, including hands and feet, includes relaxation music, deep breathing techniques, and a spa-like experience. Using general massage techniques to relax and reset, either as a one-off treat or regular self-care.
